Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to build and lead our entire technical recruitment function, scaling our engineering organization by establishing best-in-class recruitment processes and ensuring high-quality technical talent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate engineering talent
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
