Job Description
We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-8 month co-op position starting in May 2026. As a Student Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing proposal-related files, working closely with subject matter experts, and communicating effectively with team members. You will also conduct thorough proofreading and editing, assist in developing templates and standard content, and collaborate with various internal departments for proposal information gathering.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or Design related program
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
