Job Description
The Service Desk Engineer will provide technical assistance to clients, handle customer service, and troubleshoot basic end-user issues on software applications, hardware, and network systems.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Global Service Desk
- Strong experience and knowledge of ITIL Process
- Strong experience and knowledge of MIM Process
- Active Directory and O365 experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Experience with troubleshooting OSS and BSS tools
- Good customer service skills
