Requirements

• Omnichannel support experience
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Cross-departmental routing and issue escalation experience
• Documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks
• Availability and comfort working in Central Daylight Time (CDT) hours
• Experience with Zendesk, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram support software
