Job Description
BitGo is looking for an Institutional Sales Specialist - LATAM to drive rapid growth across our OTC and Prime business lines. The role requires generating net new institutional OTC and Prime business, activating a crypto-native network, and pushing qualified counterparties into BitGo's trading and Prime programs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a leading financial institution, brokerage or OTC trading desk, ideally involving one or more of the following: digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
- Strong experience in OTC / Voice Trade trade execution and risk management, strong understanding of electronic trading systems, covering front-to-back processes.
- Communicative team player with a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
