VP - OTC Sales

Hex Trust is a leading Web3 innovator that offers institutional digital asset market services, custody, and staking. We are seeking a VP+ OTC Sales professional to join our trading desk and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in institutional sales or client coverage roles with a focus on crypto (with direct experience in OTC and/or fiat on/off ramps)
• Deep understanding of the OTC crypto trading landscape and fiat infrastructure (bank wires, stablecoins, payment rails like SWIFT, SEPA, ACH)
• Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts, and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain nuanced trade and compliance mechanics clearly
