Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Bitso. As a key partner in making things happen, you will own the end-to-end customer process and work across different areas such as Compliance, Engineering, Fraud, and Platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, experience in direct or digital contact with clients, and experience with different channels of support.
Requirements
- Proven English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills
- 6 months to 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Agent/Customer Service Agent
- Ability to adapt to different working schedules and flexibility
- Experience with Zendesk
- Strong communication skills and experience in direct or digital contact with clients
