Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout their journey with Nubimetrics, promoting the adoption of the platform and reducing churn.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years in customer service
- Experience in SaaS sales
- Fluent management of Portuguese
- Experience in e-commerce companies and sales in Mercado Libre
- Experience in performing trainings, onboarding or presentations to clients
- Experience with CRM management, preferably Hubspot
