BizAway is a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise, focusing on sustainability and travel management. We're looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team, leading a team of 6-8 Customer Success Executives managing corporate client portfolios.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth
- Commercially minded and confident with upselling and contract negotiations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
