Job Description
Legal Counsel, Labour, Employment and Human Rights role representing the organization in labour arbitration hearings and providing strategic legal advice to Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years post-call experience in management-side labour and employment law
- Proven experience conducting labour arbitrations and human rights hearings
- Strong oral advocacy and presentation skills
