Job Description
BlaBlaCar is seeking a Head of People Business Partners to lead the People Partners function and deliver high-quality HR advisory to business units across all geographies.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Experience in managing teams, restructuring projects, and people policy coherence
- Financial literacy and ability to navigate complex labor law contexts
- Fluency in written and spoken English and strong command of French labor law
