Job Description
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar. The role involves managing the day-to-end employee lifecycle for Blablacar’s employees based in France, ensuring full legal compliance and providing prompt support for all employee inquiries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced environment in France
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday...), Google Workspace and strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of French social legislation (SYNTEC would be a plus)
- Full working proficiency in English and French
