Mold Maintenance Technician II; Rotating shift; $20/hour

As a Mold Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of our team located in Mission, TX, and will be responsible for learning and assisting with basic repairs on molds, performing mold setting, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting tooling problems. You will also be required to assemble and disassemble components, utilize measuring devices, and operate various machines. Additionally, you will support the training and development of mold maintenance apprentices, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Completion of a two-year technical or trade school program with an emphasis on mold making preferred
• Minimum of 2-years' experience performing similar job duties in a mold maintenance or related environment
• Basic experience operating mold tool room equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience operating forklift and cranes preferred
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Basic proficiency with design software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
