We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our TA department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience managing a team of recruiters or talent acquisition professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
