Black Hills Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead the Cheyenne River Branch in Eagle Butte, SD. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the branch's daily operation, ensuring an exceptional member and employee experience, and performing duties in teller, member service, and loan areas as required.
Requirements
- Direct daily Branch operation.
- Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology environments that may affect the Teller, Member Services and Lending functions.
- Assist Market Vice President and Human Resources with respect to recommendations for hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development, and interpretation of Credit Union rules and policies for department personnel.
- Maintain organizational structure established by President.
- Organize staff personnel into effective, efficient work groups.
- Ensure that direct reports are granted proper authority and responsibility to carry out assigned functions.
- Responsible for all security at Branch.
- Direct, coach, and develop team members to ensure our ENGAGE model is being utilized and employee satisfaction is attained.
- Establish and maintain strong BHFCU presence in community.
