Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager I to lead the daily operation of our branch, ensure an exceptional member and employee experience, and perform various duties in teller, member service, and loan areas. The successful candidate will have a four-year college level of language, math, and reasoning skills, or two or more years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
Requirements
- Direct daily branch operation
- Remain current on changes in legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments
- Assist Market Vice President and Human Resources with personnel functions
- Maintain organizational structure and ensure staff are granted proper authority and responsibility
- Responsible for all security at branch
- Conduct security training and periodic audits of cash drawers, vault, etc.
- Direct, coach, and develop team members to ensure ENGAGE model is being utilized and employee satisfaction is attained
- Establish and maintain strong BHFCU presence in community
