Job Description
The Black Mountain Home team is seeking dedicated Christian couples to serve as Houseparents. This role involves nurturing and supporting children in their cottage, providing daily care, emotional support, and fostering a loving home environment. The position offers training, support, vehicles, food budgets, and opportunities for spiritual growth. It is a position working a rotating weekly schedule.
Requirements
- A strong and active Christian faith
- Ability to work a one-week-on/one-week-off schedule
- Experience in caregiving, youth ministry, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Heart for serving children
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
