Job Description
This role involves providing case management to young adults in a supportive and empowering environment, with a focus on mental health, substance abuse, education, and independence. The independent living coach will assess needs, develop recommendations, connect youth with resources, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Case management tasks include documentation, planning group activities, and coordinating with other agencies.
Requirements
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong Christian witness.
- Commit to praying for youth and staff.
- Review and make recommendations regarding applications to the program.
