This role is an Account Manager position that focuses on client retention, up-selling, and cross-selling to existing and dormant accounts in the Middle East.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and B2B sales
- Proven track record in client retention, relationship management, and upselling
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, persistent, and target-driven
- Experience in a high-performance sales environment
