A leading player in the online recruitment solutions space is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on account management, client retention, and upselling, working exclusively with existing and dormant clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- A background in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or HR-related services
- A track record in client retention and upselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
