A new opportunity has come up from one of the fastest-growing hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Operator to join their new institute. The Systems Operator plays a crucial role in facilitating remote learning, managing student data, and enhancing communication within the school community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in system administration, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within an educational environment
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting LMS and SMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, PowerSchool, Infinite Campus)
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of web technologies, databases, and network infrastructure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing student data and system configurations
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs and priorities within the school community
