Requirements
- Seasoned Reward Leader with deep expertise in remuneration strategy and governance
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments, with Asian markets experience critical
- Skilled in designing and delivering both executive and broad-based reward frameworks
- Confident influencer who can engage senior leaders and present at executive/board level
- Clear, natural communicator who can turn complex concepts into simple, practical language
- Supportive, empowering leader who enjoys developing and guiding their team
