Requirements
- Demonstrate thoughtful management of team members' time against priorities
- Arrange and oversee travel using Concur
- Drive key deliverables and open items to completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for external visitors
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Partner closely with leads and COO to organize and handle logistics for internal/external meetings
- Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization
