Job Description
The Administrative Business Coordinator is responsible for delivering and executing core administrative duties in support of two Managing Directors in the Aladdin business, providing dedicated comprehensive administrative support, and anticipating needs and solving problems as they arise.
Requirements
- Provide dedicated comprehensive administrative support to MDs and their teams as required
- Manage complex calendars across global time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel
- Process Travel & Expense and Gifts & Entertainment submissions
- Support meetings, events, town halls, and strategy sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Follow up on action items and resolve routine issues
