Job Description
BLN24 is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The Program Manager serves as the single point of accountability for all contract performance, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and integration of communications support services across a complex federal health and defense enterprise.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day management and oversight of all contract activities, including personnel, deliverables, schedules, and quality control
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Lead the planning, execution, and integration of enterprise communications efforts
- Oversee development of senior leader communications products
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, DoD policies, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and plain language standards
