Job Description
We're an AI-driven social platform looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Operations to support our Founder & CEO and Head of Operations. This is a hybrid role that requires a hands-on, startup-minded operator with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations, EA/OM, or similar role at an early-stage, fast-moving startup
- Ability to work independently and in ambiguity
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and support the team where needed
- Geniune curiosity and excitement when engaging with new information, learning something new, and looking for how things can be improved
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Calm and adaptable under pressure
- Collaborative team player who is direct in giving and receiving feedback
- Tech-savvy, ideally AI-fluent using Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, or similar tools
