Job Description
Top-tier venture firm seeking Executive Assistant(s) to support Senior Executives/Partners in a collaborative and hard-working team. The role involves providing admin support, managing calendars, travel, and expenses, and helping with dinners and off-sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Process-oriented mindset with a track record of creating efficient workflows and systems
- Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You are reliable, flexible, and accountable
- Demonstrate discretion, resourcefulness, and an ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to manage diverse workstreams and projects
