Bloomberg's Electronic Trading Solutions team sells various solutions for Fixed Income e-trading and workflow automation, as well as work with other enterprise sales teams to cross sell Bloomberg’s entire suite of products. As an ETS Account Manager focusing on Fixed Income price taking clients, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Electronic Trading franchise across our platforms.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English
- 6+ years of client facing experience in a financial services or a financial technology company
- Experience selling or supporting financial trading technology solutions and/or fixed income solutions to financial institutions
- Established track record of both relationship management and client support, covering clients in Japan
- Work experience involving over-the-counter workflows covering electronic Fixed Income trading
- A track record in upselling and cross selling enterprise technology solutions, particularly to Banks, Securities firms, Asset Manager and/or Insurance companies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a market by nurturing senior relationships, community and networks
- Knowledge of electronic trading, execution management systems and trading connectivity tools
- Strong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic trading
- An ability to be resourceful, possess problem solving skills and have a strong 'can do' attitude
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
