Job Description
BLunt Fine Foods is seeking a Prep Tech to assist with maintaining product quality and safety. The role involves observing production, documenting tasks, and performing product testing, and assists with various QA and production tasks. This position is essential for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer quality.
Requirements
- Receives direction from shift supervisors.
- Observes production activities and records observations.
- Assists in completion and documentation of daily tasks.
- Maintains FSQ supplies and organizes finished product retains.
- Conducts food safety inspections.
- Performs visual chemistry tests.
- Tracks raw material specifications and COAs.
- Inspecting finished product for food safety.
- Coordinates food safety inspections and audits.
