Job Description
Join a family-owned and operated manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods as a Prep I to ensure accurate processing of divisional manufacturing ingredients and maintain food safety standards.
Requirements
- Inventory accuracy within the department
- Prepped recipe ingredient verification
- Ensure each line has appropriate recipes in queue
- Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed
- Accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials
