Requirements
- Inventory accuracy within the department
- Prepped recipe ingredient verification
- Ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue
- Verifying departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines
- Ensuring the accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials
