Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own our affiliate, word-of-mouth, and referral programs. The right person is a data-led growth marketer who knows how to design incentives, structure programs, and turn happy users and motivated partners into compounding, viral loops of new signups and active customers.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end affiliate program
• Build a high-quality roster of affiliates
• Set commission structures
• Continuously prune low performers
• Design, launch, and iterate on user referral programs
• Build word-of-mouth and ambassador motions
• Identify and build viral loops within and around our products
• Instrument every program end-to-end so attribution, fraud, and performance are clean and reliable
• Define and track the core KPIs
• Work closely with product and engineering on in-product referral surfaces, tracking, and attribution
• Partner with finance and compliance on payout structures, KYC/AML, and program terms
• Coordinate with the wider growth, content, social, and partnerships teams
• Strong data orientation
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and referral tooling
• Sharp instincts for incentive design
• Strong written English and the ability to recruit, brief, and manage external partners professionally
• Self-starter mindset
• Experience running affiliate or referral programs for trading, fintech, or other financial products
• Familiarity with crypto-native channels
• Experience with fraud detection and prevention in incentive-driven programs
