Client Service, Institutional Capital, Senior Associate

Blue Owl is seeking a Senior Associate to support our Institutional Capital team in Japan. This role will be primarily accountable for client service within the firm’s growing institutional client franchise.

Requirements

• 5 - 9 years of professional experience in financial services, with backgrounds in asset management, private markets, or investment banking preferred.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to create commercial, high-impact content that resonates with institutional clients.
• Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships across the firm, including senior management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with similar and often quick turnaround timelines.
• Detail-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across the firm.
