The Partner & Alliances Enablement Manager will design and deliver enablement programs that equip partners and alliance teams to sell, implement, and expand Blue Yonder solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, alliances, or sales enablement in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS environments
- Proven track record designing and scaling partner training, certification, or partner onboarding programs
- Strong stakeholder management and program management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with demonstrated ability to create clear, persuasive enablement content and deliver engaging training sessions
- Experience using LMS, enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), CRM (Salesforce), and enablement analytics tools
- Ability to travel as needed to support partner events, onboarding, or workshops (typically up to 40% — set per company policy)
- Prior experience with supply chain, retail, or logistics software solutions preferred
- Background in technical enablement or partner delivery consulting a plus
- Familiarity with partner program structures (tiering, MDF, co-sell motions)
