Technical Architect - ServiceNow Architect, CSM, CSDM & ITOM

The Technical Architect - ServiceNow Architect will partner with business, IT operations, and engineering groups to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, requiring hands-on development and architectural leadership to ensure scalable and future-ready implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 9-11 years of IT experience, with hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM.
• Deep proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end integrations.
