We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to manage existing national retail relationships and aggressively grow new revenue within the region. The ideal candidate is confident calling on national retailers, engaging previous customers, developing new revenue streams, and strengthening established accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales role with responsibility for growing accounts and generating new business.
- Ability to manage an existing book of business while expanding partnerships.
- Building materials or related industry experience is a plus.
- Strong market knowledge, product familiarity, and consultative selling skills.

- Working knowledge of account management, customer service, product pricing, sales support, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

- Strong telephone and communication skills with the ability to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and recommend action.
