BNY is seeking a Director, Client Service Executive to join our team in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in client relationships and Corporate Trust, with a focus on outstanding client service, retention, and long-term success.
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of client service or relationship management experience in the Corporate Trust or related financial services industry
- Proven track record of client retention and satisfaction, with a strong focus on long-term relationship building
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze client health metrics and translate insights into action
- Deep understanding of Corporate Trust products, market dynamics, and operational processes
