Director, Strategic Partnership and Investments

The Director will play a leadership role in sourcing, diligencing, and executing transactions, while partnering closely with senior executives across business lines to align investments with enterprise priorities.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic investments
• Develop and oversee financial models, valuation frameworks, and transaction structuring
• Manage due diligence processes
• Draft and present investment memoranda
• Proactively identify investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms
• Develop investment theses
• Oversee performance and strategic alignment of existing portfolio companies
• Represent BNY in board observer or governance roles
• Identify opportunities to deepen commercial partnerships
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders
• Support broader corporate strategy initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members
• Drive best practices in investment evaluation, governance, and execution discipline
