Senior Associate, Compliance & Control Team Lead

Manages a regional/jurisdictional team of support staff responsible for supporting compliance activities. Assists in assessing data and developing reporting to support management's recommendations. Recommends strategy changes to improve compliance and guides team analysis of existing and proposed legislation and regulatory announcements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of total work experience, with 0-1 years of management experience
• Financial Services, Audit or Compliance background
• Experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators
