Job Description
The Shipping Lead is responsible for real-time analysis, coordination, and balance of Shipping Operations. Other responsibilities include recording and reporting of outbound deliveries, providing administrative support, and developing a working knowledge of all needed systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities
- Knowledge and understanding of distribution center and warehouse operations
