Job Description
The Shipping Lead is responsible for real-time analysis, coordination, and balance of Shipping Operations, including allocation of picking/loading tasks, and provides support in reporting, researching, and resolving issues between the host system and WMS. This role requires strong leadership skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie
- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
