As Key Account Director, you will drive the growth of Boku's most strategic and complex merchant portfolios, achieving revenue targets through the design and execution of opportunity plans.
Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners
- Deliver on revenue targets and drive incremental growth from existing merchant partners
- Develop and execute growth strategies and account plans
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with merchants
- Maintain a comprehensive and current database of merchant information and project documentation
- Shape product and supply roadmaps to expand and innovate Boku's payment network
