Job Description
Senior People Business Partner to manage day-to-day HR Operations, serve as strategic People advisor to assigned business units, and lead end-to-end People strategy. Partners with senior leaders to identify workforce risks, talent gaps, and organizational needs, ensuring sustainable business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnership experience
- Extensive knowledge of local labor laws
- Experience in the BPO environment is preferred
- Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS is highly desirable
- Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
- Willingness to specialize in labor law and employee relations and handle disciplinary cases
