We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team at Bombardier. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, a background in both civil law and common law, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases at every stage.

Requirements

• Member in good standing and practicing lawyer for at least one Canadian province or American state
• Minimum 3 years of concrete experience in litigation
• Experience managing complex litigation cases at every stage
• Leadership attributes, a high degree of autonomy, and excellent legal reflexes
• Bilingual (French and English) in both oral and written communication
