Job Description
The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist will assist with increasing access to care by assisting with applications and enrollment for affordable insurance options. This role focuses on providing information, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will work with BCHC providers and community partners to implement mobile health services.
Requirements
- Respond to requests for assistance regarding Mobile Health Services and Outreach.
- Provide information in a fair, accurate, and impartial manner.
- Assist with the implementation and coordination of Mobile Health Services and Outreach activities.
- Assist with presentations for community groups and referral sources.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions.
- Maintain data confidentiality and perform reporting.
- Comply with all applicable training and reporting requirements.
