Project Manager - Professional Services

Boomi is seeking a Project Manager to own and manage the full lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, from project kickoff through final delivery and handoff, across multiple concurrent customer projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in a Professional Services, consulting, or systems integration environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex software implementation or integration projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, iPaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud/hybrid architectures
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
