Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist our customers with technical challenges, including autonomous behaviors, hardware and software issues, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering/Computer Science related subject
• Excellent computer and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years in a customer facing technical role
• Proficiency in a high level programming language, preferably Python/C++
