Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will install, upgrade, and maintain NI/Emerson Optimal Plus systems, provide ongoing IT administration and maintenance support, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting system, network, or infrastructure issues in a production or customer-facing environment
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience supporting or working within semiconductor testing or manufacturing environments
