Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Navigator

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program is seeking a Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Navigator to assist with the implementation and expansion of a low threshold HIV PrEP Program for homeless people who inject drugs and other vulnerable populations. The PrEP Navigator will provide high intensity care coordination, patient navigation, and accompaniment, as well as management of PrEP patient database for quality improvement initiatives and panel management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (social service or related field preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
• Phlebotomy skills must be demonstrated within 60 days after onsite training
• Understanding of Harm Reduction approaches
• Knowledge of HIV prevention strategies
• Facility with database management
