Bottega Louie is seeking a Line Cook to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a team player who is committed to learning and developing Bottega Louie systems and tools to consistently serve premium Guest Experiences. Responsibilities include cleaning personal workspace, adhering to health codes and safety regulations, collaborating with servers, and demonstrating leadership and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace
• Adhere to health codes and safety regulations
• Communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needs
• Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests
• Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standards
• Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
